Divako – for residents
Household consumption at a glance. Daily and yearly comparisons, and alerts that help understand and reduce consumption.
IoT simplified
Divako brings devices, metering data and integrations onto one platform. From remote reading and water-loss monitoring to sub-metering, streetlights and industrial data. One platform for utilities, municipalities, housing and industry.

Who it's for
One platform, five areas of use. Same core, same APIs, same SLA – the workflows, integrations and reports are tuned to what each team actually needs.
How it works
Three steps from a device in the field to ready-to-use metering data. Divako runs everything in between.
Provision by EUI, CSV import or API. Divako speaks LoRaWAN, wM-Bus, NB-IoT, MQTT, DLMS and OPC UA out of the box.
Raw bytes arrive in a dozen formats. Each payload is parsed, validated and turned into one unified measurement.
Push measurements to billing, SCADA, ERP, a warehouse or a resident portal – via REST, MQTT, webhooks or SFTP.
See it in action
One workspace for devices, metering data, alerts and integrations. Field teams see devices and installs, operators see network health, and data teams see the APIs.

Why teams switch
Most teams arrive with a patchwork – one vendor per protocol, spreadsheets between them, and a billing team chasing data. Here's what each of those becomes.
Customer feedback
“Divako gave us full control over water consumption across the entire municipality – we now spot leaks long before residents notice anything.”
“Adopting Divako has cut our administrative workload dramatically, letting us redirect resources to more value-creating work.”
“We had an end-user with a leak of nearly 900 litres an hour. We got in touch, and it turned out to be a running toilet. The fault was fixed within four days of the leak starting – to the customer's great relief.”
On every device
All Divako apps run on the same platform, the same devices and the same data. In the office, in the car or on an install, every role gets the view it needs.

Household consumption at a glance. Daily and yearly comparisons, and alerts that help understand and reduce consumption.

Walk-by and drive-by meter collection with a live map, route planning and ad-hoc reads. Works offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns.

Scan a meter's EUI, register it to a site and document the install with photos – all from the field. Uploads sync automatically; the office sees new devices live on the map.
Free to use
Create an account, install the Android app and start collecting meter readings right away. No contract and no sales call.
Works offline in the field and syncs when you're back in coverage.

Questions
The questions buyers ask us most often. Don't see yours? Book a call and we'll get you a straight answer.
Divako is a cloud platform for remote metering and IoT operations. It connects any device – water, heat, electricity, gas, sub-metering or industrial sensors – normalises the data, and integrates it anywhere. One pipeline from the meter in the ground to the line in your billing system.
Out of the box: LoRaWAN, wM-Bus, NB-IoT, DLMS, LwM2M, MQTT, Modbus and OPC UA. On the brand side we ship native connectors for Kamstrup READy, Lobaro, Adeunis and others. New devices are typically added in days using our vendor-neutral device library and payload parsers.
For housing associations and commercial buildings, Divako handles per-apartment cost distribution across water, heat and electricity. Residents get a portal that turns kWh and m³ into something readable, and the board gets one bill instead of a stack of spreadsheets.
Yes. Divako runs on EU-based cloud infrastructure and data is processed under GDPR – role-based access control, audit log and security controls built on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (certification in preparation). Our security measures also take NIS2 requirements into account. Data never leaves the EU unless you explicitly export it.
Three options, and you can combine them: open APIs (REST, MQTT, webhooks, SFTP), native connectors for Norkart, Korto, Energinet, Volue Gemini Live and others, or a data-lake export to S3 / Azure ADLS Gen2 in Parquet. Everything the UI does, your code can do.
Yes – the Issues module watches every meter for missing data, drift, drops, back-flow and battery problems. Alerts land in the platform inbox and can be pushed to email, webhook, MQTT or your existing incident system. Most leaks are caught before a resident notices.
Yes. The DriveBy app does field meter collection with route planning, live coverage maps and ad-hoc reads. It works offline, syncs when the connection returns, and writes to the same database as your remote-read meters – no parallel system to maintain.
Pilots: usually live in 2–4 weeks. City-scale rollouts run in phases over a few months. Custom integrations are part of the platform, not a professional-services project – most new connectors ship within weeks, not quarters.
That's how most enterprise customers run it. Our REST and MQTT APIs are versioned, documented and rate-limited; SCIM is supported for identity. We've seen everything from internal dashboards to resident apps and public open-data feeds built on top.
Per active device, per month: €0.75 on Core+ and €1.50 on Professional+, with tiered volume discounts and a €49 monthly minimum on both. A device counts as active if it sent data during the billing month. Every tier includes the core platform – specialised modules, SLA and custom integrations are what scales. We don't charge for integrations or "professional services" on top. The fastest way to a real number is a 30-minute call.
Because it carries the specialised modules, native connectors, SSO, longer history and a support SLA – the things a scaling utility actually leans on. The gap narrows in absolute terms as you grow: both rates drop through the same volume bands, so at a few thousand devices Professional+ is often the cheaper choice once you count what you would otherwise build or buy separately. See the volume table under pricing.
